Refund & Return Policy

At Wholesale Research Peptides LLC (“WRP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we follow strict quality control and compliance standards. Because our products are intended solely for laboratory in-vitro research use only, this policy is designed to maintain product integrity and provide clear expectations for all customers.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • All sales are final.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-defective products.
  • Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item does not qualify for a return.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • We will replace or refund products only if they are defective, damaged during transit, mislabeled, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email.
  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of packaging and product.
  • Items must remain unopened unless the defect or damage is visible externally.
  • A return may be required for evaluation before a replacement or refund is issued.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after product verification.

3. Product Integrity

  • No refunds or replacements for products opened, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
  • Customers must follow proper handling and storage guidelines.

  • Orders may be canceled only if payment has not cleared and shipping has not begun.
  • Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

5. Carrier Issues & Loss in Transit

  • Once transferred to the courier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
  • WRP is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage after courier acceptance.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, the buyer must contact the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

  • You confirm that all products are for research use only.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and safe-handling requirements.
  • WRP may refuse service to any customer deemed non-compliant.
