  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Domestic delivery generally takes 3–7 business days.
  • Standard ground shipping is used unless otherwise stated.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate domestic shipping: $5.99.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
  • International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs.

3. Tracking & Receipt

  • Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring safe delivery.
  • A secure delivery location is strongly recommended.

4. Risk & Liability

  • Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the carrier receives the package.
  • WRP is not liable for delays, losses, theft, or damage after handoff.
  • We do not cover customs issues, duties, taxes, or delays caused by incorrect customer details.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, the buyer must contact the carrier.
